I had the priveledge of participating in the 10 Deep Holiday photoshoot this weekend. Look for your boy in 2 weeks or so!

After witnessing a 10 Deep photoshoot firsthand, I must say I have a new found respect for them. To see how meticulous they are about the background, the props, the outfits, the way the outfits fit the model, the shoes, the accessories, the lighting, etc. its no wonder their shoots come out the way they do. The theme for this shoot was extra playful but thoughtful, I know your gonna love it.

Drove up to LA Tues night to catch up with my old CT neighbor/close friend/mentor/kuya Eric. I haven’t seen him in years so it’s always good to catch up on whats going on in each others lives. Eric was just appointed Second VP of Nippon Life Insurance so you know he’s doing big thangs especially being only 35.

If you know me, you know my musical taste doesnt include the likes of a Jim Jones. But when I got the invite to a Off Broadway musical play inspired by his music, dubbed “Hip-Hop Monologues: Inside The Life and Mind of Jim Jones” I had to check it out. I mean it even had a Playbill Playabill!

Juelz and Jimmy “Popping Champagne”…

It featured a full cast including Ben Chavis, with some Boldface names in the audience like Angie Martinez, Dame Dash, Juelz Santana, me, etc. and ran for about 80 minutes. Overall, Ill definitely say it was pretty entertaining. I really gotta give it to Jimmy for having the ambition to carry something like this. From what I heard, he spent a lot of time preparing for the performance. Don’t sign me up to cop his album or anything, but I’m did will say Mr. Jones has some pretty strong star qualities.
